    W10 black window - no Samsung logo, no cursor, anything else


    After installation reset the computer (he was too slow and I wanted to start it again). There was a blue window and information that the computer was not properly started. We had to reset again. Now, nothing appears - there is the logo of Samsung, there is no cursor, but the light is on. It looks like the screen fell? The whole laptop? What should I do?

    Windows 10 upgrade black screen

    While upgrading to windows 10 from 7, it's stucked at this black screen with the new windows-10 logo in the middle(no cursor or anything else), for the past 7 hours!

    so, is it still installing? and can it be offline if it is really still installing.

    Screen resolution changed on its own and can’t get the system to restore

    The laptop will only show the windows boot screen with the windows logo and the spinning circle and the screen will go black with the mouse cursor and nothing else.
