W10 does not recognize my VIA USB 3.0 hub PCIe card. Even worst, after a manually updating of the device drivers, the Operating System left them grayed out after Power Off status.

The only way to enable them is reboot the system every time I need to use the USB 3.0 ports.

This is not only my case, there are another users that suffer the same problem last review from Amazon:

  3. USB problems

checked all of those suggestions an still no luck. They show as being there and enabled but doesnt recognize anything you plug into them. I got a driver checker as well and it lists the drivers as up to date. could this be a bad motherboard?
