    W10 Mail Won't Print Emails...


    I recently installed W10 Mail and Calendar and all works well except print from Mail. I select Print from the drop down menu and the print window opens. It identifies the attached printer with all of the correct format options. The printer is obviously on. When the Print button is clicked, the window closes and nothing happens after that. The files in the printer's queue are empty, so Mail must be communicating with the printer. The printer has the latest drivers installed and all other apps. will print to the printer (Epson Artisan 837) just fine and always have. Windows Live Mail will also print with no issues, but we don't use that anymore due to issues with e-mails from some social media platforms. I've searched the forum for this problem, but found no relevant thread. Suggestions welcomed. Puzzled in Ohio.

    • Did you accessing your emails from the browser and check if you are able to print the emails?

    Hi,

    For the better clarification of the issue, please answer the following questions:


    • Are you getting any error messages while trying to print the emails?

    • What happens exactly when you try to print an email?

    • Are you able to print any other document?

    • How are you accessing emails, through web browser or mail app?

    I would suggest you to try printing the emails from a different browser.

    If the issue still persist, try the troubleshooting steps in the below article and check if it helps.

    Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.


    • Are you trying to print from the browser or the mail app?

    • Is the issue specific to printing emails?

    • Are you able to print documents and other email account without any issues?

    • Have you updated all the drivers including display drivers after upgrading to Windows 10?
    If not, I would suggest you to visit the manufacture website and download and install all the drivers and then try to print again.
