Windows 10: W10 not adding thumbnails to RAW files DNG

Win 10 22H2If I go to a Windows 10 folder - all of the jpeg files have a thumbnail as do png, tiff etcVery few DNG files will have a thumbnail usually noneAs folders may have hundreds of files - the thumbnail view is essential to quickly find files without having to open everyone.Sometimes if I keep folder window open active for a long time more than 40 mins a few of DNG files may change from default icon, to a block of colour then to thumbnail …. DNG file not showing as Thumbnail

If I go to a folder of pictures files .... the jpeg show as thumbnails, and one or 2 DNG will show as thumbnails, but not all.

If you have a great many files it is really annoying not having the thumbnail show

Checked that the option in File Explore is to display as thumbnails.

Followed steps to use CMD to stop & remove thumbnail cache, and then restart file explorer - no difference.

However when I open the 'folder options' the top button 'apply to folders' is greyed out.

 

Where Are My RAW (DNG) Files?

I currently own an Nokia Lumia 1520. This phablet has the ability to support RAW photos along with the usual JPEG format. I have set up my phone to snap photos with the Lumia Camera Classic app (I am still on Lumia Cyan, being Canadian). The setup is
4:3, along with 5 MP JPEG + 19 MP DNG. I see only the JPEG files, but no sign of the DNG files. How might I find these files on my phone? It seems as if, contrary to its proper operation as set by me (see above), the camera STILL only snaps one JPEG image,
and no DNG image. Perhaps I am missing something...

It would be most-appreciated if someone were to advise me as to the location of the missing DNG files on my phone. I even hooked up the 1520 to my PC, to no avail. My RAW-capable photo editors saw nothing in the DNG format.
