W10 not prompting password/pin after disabling services

Helio, i was tunning my Windows for gaming and disabled some services that i thought wasnt useful and wouldnt harm my OS, but i was wrong. Now at login screen Windows doesnt prompt for pin anymore, the login screen keeps locked without a field to fill the password. Any idea what service need to be enabled? My Windows is attached to my Microsoft account.

    :)

  2. DELL LAPTOP WILL NOT ACCEPT CORRWECT PIN OR PASSWORD AFTER CLEAN REBOOT

I searched fro an answer to "cannot change locked screen in windows 10 (with latest updates)". I have a DELL Inspiron laptop 15:1531, 64bit; 2.16hz. On a link, Microsoft said to do a "clean reboot"
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/9

I did this (mscondfig.--> System Configuration--> Services and Start up : Disable all.

I did these. But on re-start, W10 would not accept my PIN or password!

No matter what I did, it would not go pass "password" ---saying it does not recognize the pin or password. The pin/password I put in are correct. Basically, I'm locked out of my laptop after following Microsoft engineer's
    solution.

  3. Unusual behaviour during upgrade

    Hi Trevor,

Thank you for your interest in Windows 10.

Please be informed that pin password works only if the user account is setup with a password, once the password is setup you can set a pin password to login instead of password, hence when you upgraded it prompted for the password and after skipping
the password screen, it prompted for the usual Pin password.

Hope this information is helpful. Please do let us know if you need further assistance, we’ll be glad to assist you.

Have you a saved restore point from before you made the changes? (under system restore)
