Windows 10: W10 pro to W11pro get wllways the error "0x80004005-0x1000A

Hi,I like to update my W10 pro to W11pro but get wllways the error "0x80004005-0x1000A The installation failed in the DOWNLEVEL phase with an error during PREPARE_FIRST_BOOT operation" in german language - I have done in the meantime some different tests like clean boot, different ISO W11 version, disable all services but, clean temp files and some other update cleaning tasks, install directly form ISO file and USB boot image, but no different. The error message is allways "0x80004005-0x1000A The installation failed in the DOWNLEVEL phase with an error during PREPARE_FIRST_BOOT operation". A

Hello,

while using the update assitant or the media creation tool, i get the error 0x80004005 - 0x1000A.

I have tried everything. The latest error is

0x80004005-0x1000A The installation failed in the DOWNLEVEL phase with an error during PREPARE_FIRST_BOOT operation.

I don't understand these but I have been having this problem for a long time now and could never install 1809 so I thought 1903 would maybe work but it don't.

I tried Windows 10 ISO and that didn't work. I did the Update Assistant 3 times and that got me the closest. I have deleted all the files they said to delete and retry and nothing works. I have been working on this for months.

Also I am obviously not a computer tech so I need the steps explained.
