Windows 10: W10 runs slowly on HP 250 G5 4GB i3-5005u 500GB HDD

Does anybody else have a similar laptop with 4GB of RAM and an Intel i3-5005u CPU or similar and experience generally slow performance running W10?

Would I gain anything by adding another module of 4GB RAM?

Alternatively would I be better trading it in for a laptop with 8GB of RAM and an Intel i5 CPU?

Mobile Hotspot Not Sharing Internet

Im using the hotspot in settings>network and internet>mobile hotspot (the inbuilt one)

i have no other hotspot application

My computer is lenovo g50, i3-5005u, 4gb ram, 1TB HDD, Amd radeon graphics

Mine was fine with an i3 and 4Gb - I didn't need to upgrade to 8Gb really, but I decided to to benefit from dual channel with 2 modules.

Slow performance? Check your task manager CPU use when nominally idle and the Performance tab, resource monitor if disk access is excessive.

Check your %ge RAM usage when your laptop seems slow.
Have you made any changes to your page file settings?

Please post a screenshot of your task manager when idle organising any columns of interest high to low.

Is there any particular function that seems slow?
