Windows 10: w10 start menu in w11

Is there any way that I can get start menu like w10 in w11 now? Not Start11 or StartAllBack, those apps only mess up things. It's been quite a while I run onto w11, but still, I am missing the start menu in w10 every day. Mainly because all my program folders are directly accessible, instead of an 'All program' button. I just want program folders shown to me directly but not must click a button. Come on MS, why always remove good things and bring bad habits back? At least give people a choice in Settings.

Start Menu on W11

Having upgraded to W11 from W10 few days ago the system was functioning satisfactorily.However since this morning have been unable to use the Start Menu and most of the functions of the Taskbar including access to Microsoft edge.However I am able to access Internet using Google instead

Any help if getting the issue resolved is appreciated

 

W11 App right click on Start menu not showing previously opened documents

When I right click on Word in the Start menu, it doesn't show the previously opened documents, even though Personalization->Start has "Show recently opened items in Start, Jump Lists and File Explorer" set to On.

Oh, should also note that I'm opening documents that are saved in Sharepoint but sync'd to File Explorer via OneDrive.

I found another thread claiming to be about W11, but the screen shots are W10.

Why does this not seem to be working in W11?

 

All the configuration I put into W10 Start Menu is GONE

I had the Start menu in Windows 10 configured for speed and efficiency for the way I work. All that is gone in W11. When I booted it up for the first time it displayed apps that I didn't even know I had, favoring them over the apps I actually use. What was MS thinking? Seems they could have at least tried to keep the apps I had on my W10 Start menu in place even with the new look. Configuration options for W11 Start menu are dismal as well.
