    Windows Journal - new app

    Ran the Windows App troubleshooter and it found no problems. Here is the screen shot of the Ver. 10.0.237 with the missing File, Import. It is missing Import after Open and before Search. See previous version screen shot from Sept 16.

    Thank you so much for your step by step solution!!! Is was a long route to reset back to WP8.1 and upgrade again to W10 Mobile ver 107 and finally to ver 164. As long as it works, that is all that matters.

    You are right! Something when wrong when I first upgrade to W10 Mobile ver 107. By the way, I didn't try the "language pack trick" that you mention.
