Windows 10: W10 - Windows 10 Keeps Freezing Just Cursor Moves on New PC

Hi,I recently purchased a new desktop PC and installed Windows 10 Pro. I've ensured that all the drivers are up to date and have been keeping Windows updated as well. However, I’ve been experiencing consistent freezes.This issue has occurred twice while closing applications and once today when trying to play a song on Spotify. During these freezes, I can still move the cursor, but I can’t interact with anything else. In some cases, I can select the "Shut Down" option, but shutting down the system takes around 5 minutes.Has anyone else encountered this issue and found a solution?Here are my sys

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
