Windows 10: W10 Windows Update blank screen

Dear All,

For almost three months I cannot download any update via the Windows Update page. There is only a blank white screen there and it seems like it is loading all the time blue dots on the top border are moving.

I have searched the Internet to solve this problem, but did not do it after all.

I have tried the solution with CMD, registry editor, Safe Mode, the update assistant app, and nothing helped.

About a week ago my laptop downloaded and installed some update, but still, I cannot do that manually





Do you have any ideas how to solve this problem? Reset is not an option.

Black screen after Windows update.

• When the screen was blank, were you able to see the cursor on the screen?
  
• Did you get any error code or error message?

Windows booting to blank screen after safe mode

Click these keys whenever you see a black screen:
Windows logo key + Ctrl + Shift + B > report what you see and hear

See if you can boot to the BIOS using the information in this link:

List the installed antivirus software.
