Windows 10: W10's Start menu gets rearranged & loses most used's apps sometimes.

Hello,Why is it everytime I reboot my 64-bit W10 Pro PC, my Start menusometimes gets rearranged and "Most used" section loses apps that I useoften? It's quite annoying. I tried resetting by disabling andreenabling my settings -> privacy -> general -> "Let Windows track applaunches to improve Start and search results", but I still don't see mythird party apps. I only see MS' default apps Tips, Feedback Hub, Maps,Sticky Notes, Snipping Tool, and Calculator. I rarely use them too. :Also, this is before today's 7/11/2023 updates.Thank you for reading and hopefully answering soon. :

STOP rearranging my Start Menu. PLEASE.

Why does my Start Menu rearrange itself every so often, coupled with the addition of several new suggested app tiles which, when I click, take me to the Windows Store to purchase? The rearrangement is very annoying in itself but the fact that 3 or 4 'app
suggestion' tiles suddenly appear in my Start Menu really debases Windows 10 and the Start Menu experience. It's actually like I'm using some freeware operating system.

Yes, sync settings is off; no, I do not have app suggestions turned on and yes I am running the latest update - always do. Even so, the new Start Menu layout that suddenly appears looks nothing like that of my other W10 devices, so it's not syncing to anything
I own.

This all happens on a latest model Microsoft device. Imagine my Start Menu shows on the big screen when I'm doing a sales presentation and the Candy Crush and Dragon Mania Legends icon shows up?

 

Frequently used apps in Start menu

Thank you for the information. I followed the instructions (this is Windows 10). The items on the Start menu are:

1. Show More Tiles. It was turned off so I turned it back on.

2. Show App List in Start Menu - ON

3. Show Recently Added Apps - ON

4. Show Most Used Apps - Off but is gray so I cannot do anything with it.

5. Occasionally Show Suggestions in Start - Off

6. Use Full Start Screen - Off

7. Show recently opened items in Jump Lists on Start or the taskbar - On

Even with turning the Show More Tiles on the Show Most Used Apps is not available. Any suggestions?

 

Resizing, reorganizing, & rearranging W10's start menu hard?

Juliet, I did all that. I was wondering why my Start menu is acting weird these days. What updates caused the changes? Is there a way to revert them without losing fixes?
