Windows 10: W11 24H2 BlockedID 54853601

I have a laptop running W11 but seems to be blocked from updating to 24H2.The computer specs are: - W11Pro 23H2- Asus TUF Gaming F15 FX506HCB- Intel Gen 11th i5-11400H 2.70 GHz Tiger Lake- Intel UHD Graphics Drv. Vers: 101.6632 + RTX 3050 4 GB Drv. Vers: 572.60- Installed RAM 48.0 GB- Nvme - Intel SSDPEKNU512GZ 512GB + Kingston SKC2500M81000G 1TBThe GatedBlockID is 54853601 but officially I can't find any reference to this ID anywhere online including on the Microsoft website.Run in cmd as administrator "REG QUERY "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppComp

Could the update from 22h2 to 24h2 be problematic?

We have a customer who currently has the W11 22h2 in operation and would like to suspend 23h2 in order to switch to 24h2 in 2025. What is Microsoft's recommendation in this regard? Could the update from 22h2 to 24h2 be problematic?

There are no currently listed problems resetting version 24H2 of Windows 11 and no specific steps you need to perform, are you experiencing any problems with that insider build that is causing you to perform a Windows reset?

 

Copilot+ pc Windows 11 24H2 for Arm

Currently 24H2 is an insider preview and not available outside the program. As the version suggests it should be available after release in the second half of 2024. (perhaps Sept/Oct)
