Windows 10: W11 Pro: I got the update KB5030310 but several features are missing

Windows 11 Pro 64 bitI updated this windows to the KB5030310.Into the update history says: successfully installed.BUT I didn't get all what it's supposed to have with that update.I got also the Windows Configuration Update KB5030509Also the The KB5030651 .NET updateThe strange thing is that:- MS-PAint has not the background removal and Layer and Cocreator feature paint version: 11.2304.33.0 - not any further updates on Microsost Store- Copilot is not present- Snipping tool: not any text extractor version: 11.2306.44.0 - not any further updates on Microsost Store- Photo App: not any blur. Ve

I installed KB5030310 update and Copilot is not showing

I am in the US and have the same problem(no KB5030310 features work) on 2 of my 6 Windows 11 desktops.

My guess is this is happening because I noticed during the update that more then one update was installed

simultaneously. Bottom line: I cannot make Pilot of any of the KB5030310 work even though it says it's installed.

All of my Lenovo desktops are identical.

On one that failed(1), these updates were installed at the same time as KB5030310:

On one other(2) that failed, these updates were installed at the same time as KB5030310:

KB5031217

KB5030219

On one 4 that worked, only KB5030310 was installed

 

Surface Pro 3 with Windows 11 Insider Preview OS vs. Surface Pro 4 with W10 Pro that cannot upgrade to W11

Two questions:

1. My Surface Pro 3 continues to download and install W11 updates on the Insider Preview Channel. How long might I expect to have access to updates? In other words, will I lose access and be forced to revert to W10?
   
2. Can I enroll in Windows Insider Preview on my Surface Pro 4 and upgrade to W11 Insider Preview?
   

I'm finding more and more to like about W11 and would certainly prefer to continue to move forward, not backward.

 

Windows 11 KB5030310

No, there is nothing new on the system. Windows updates are all in up to KB5030310.

Considering that the problem shows up when KB5030310 is installed and disappears when it is uninstalled points, I think, that there is some problem with this update on my system.

The question is - are there any similar reports of other users? What can I do? Obviously, I will not be able to install Win11 23H2 until KB5030310 is installed first and working.
