Windows 10: [W11 Pro x64] Inactivity of mouse

Hi,After some time of non using my pc, when I come back and I move mouse, at first this one will not movebut is active, having a freeze and then will move normallyafter that freeze I can see my mouse reconnecting to device being like: state on to off and again to on idk, so my question is: Is there some kind of setting in windows which to make my mouse to be inactive if I'm not using it after some time? I had this 'issue' on every mouse.I selected 'Performance and system failures' topic because the current mouse is freezing my pc sometimes. I bought a new one and is not freezing my pc anym

1. Does this happen when you’re accessing the website or it happens with all the Windows?
   
2. Do you use Touchpad mouse or Regular mouse on your PC?

However, I suggest you to follow the below steps, and check if that helps.

1. Click on Windows key +
   R button and type Control panel
   
2. Click on Ease of Access
   
3. Then click on Activate Windows by hovering over it with the mouse
   
4. Then click Apply and
   OK.

Surface Pro 3 with Windows 11 Insider Preview OS vs. Surface Pro 4 with W10 Pro that cannot upgrade to W11

Two questions:

1. My Surface Pro 3 continues to download and install W11 updates on the Insider Preview Channel. How long might I expect to have access to updates? In other words, will I lose access and be forced to revert to W10?
   
2. Can I enroll in Windows Insider Preview on my Surface Pro 4 and upgrade to W11 Insider Preview?
   

I'm finding more and more to like about W11 and would certainly prefer to continue to move forward, not backward.
