Windows 10: W11 reset

I have a newish laptop which came with W11s which I changed to home/pro via the microsoft store. Due to a mishap when trying to move the default folder locations I have ended up in a right mess with all of them named documents ! and in different locations. As they are system folders I can't seem to sort it easily.Thinking doing a basic W11 reset might be best I wondered if this would reset it back to W11s. If so would I be able to once again upgrade it to home/pro via the store as before?many thanks

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

I just installed a new W11 Pro on my System 1 (listed in My Computers) which has an i5-7600 CPU. It installed with no warnings.



Whynot W11 recognizes the incorrect CPU but W11 doesn't seem to mind. I couldn't find any warnings anywhere that the VM is non -compliant. I had this running for a couple of hours before I realized that the VM wasn't part of the insider program. I added it to the insider program and still no warnings.

I have W11 VM that boots on a mbr setup and that one displays a warning that the system is not compatable:

When you finish testing the Avast suggestion, make sure that you restart your machine.

Then if the issue persists, please return to the trouble shooting list in post# 89

I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.
