Windows 10: W11 stoped working the search bar, StartMenu, microsot store, all apps associated to store.

Hello to all, my W11 stopped working the search bar, startMenu, Microsoft store, all apps associated to store didn´t work. If I try manually says that I do not have permission for that, or resource didn’t exist. I already made 30 for a line, and, can’t fixed. W11 is updated, also drivers. Anyone can help?

To resolve this issue, we suggest that you run the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter.
To run it, follow the steps below:

• Click Start.
• On the search bar, type Troubleshooting, and click on
  Troubleshooting from the results.
• On the left pane, click View all.
• Click Windows Store Apps.

If the issue persists, kindly disable any third-party security software or firewalls, and then try to open the store again.

With the error message you encountered, I suggest that you clear and reset the Windows Store cache manually.
WSReset is a built-in program present in Windows 10 which can be used to clear and reset Windows Store cache. This utility will clear Windows Store and app cache files. Since it deletes all cache files of Windows Store, there are chances that
it'll fix your Windows Store related problems. You may follow these steps:

• Type cmd in the search box, then select Command Prompt.
• Type: WSReset.exe
• Allow the process to complete, then restart your computer.

Method 1: For issues with Windows Store.

You may try these steps to clear the Store cache and check if it helps:

• Press the "Windows + R" keys on the keyboard.
• Type "wsreset.exe" and press "Enter".
• Reboot the computer and then check the issues with the Windows Store.

Method 2: I suggest you to run the
Windows Store Apps troubleshooter.

Windows Store Apps troubleshooter, troubleshoots problems that may prevent Windows Store apps form working properly.

Follow the below steps:

• Type troubleshooting in the search bar.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Click on Windows Store Apps.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.

If the issue persists then follow the below method.

Method 3:

I would recommend you to uninstall the Photo app using Windows PowerShell command and reinstall using the Windows store. Follow the below steps.

• 
  Open the Start menu, type Windows PowerShell in the search bar.
  
• 
  Right click on the Windows PowerShell and select Run as administrator.
  
• 
  Enter the below command to uninstall the Photo app.
  

• get-appxpackage *Microsoft.Windows.Photos* | remove-appxpackage
  

After performing the above steps, install the Photo app from the Windows store.
