Windows 10: [W11] Unlock screen occasionally blank

Hello,I generally use hibernation to power down my computer, only occasionally doing a full shutdown. However, occasionally when I wake it from hibernation and attempt to login, the unlock screen is almost completely blank - my profile picture is missing and there's no option to enter my PIN; only the internet, accessibility and power options in the bottom right of the screen are visible. Hibernating and re-waking my computer doesn't work; the only option is a full restart. This can be quite disruptive, as I tend to have many windows open when I use my computer.I had a virtually identical issu

Windows booting to blank screen after safe mode

Click these keys whenever you see a black screen:
Windows logo key + Ctrl + Shift + B > report what you see and hear

See if you can boot to the BIOS using the information in this link:

List the installed antivirus software.

Occasionally "Microsoft print to pdf" creates empty files

Have already done all of the steps suggested in that link.
The problem only happens occasionally; maybe two or three times a day.
Happening on several PC's, the only way to catch it before it goes to customers is the size of the file created.
If it is 0 or 1kb, it's a blank document.
Microsoft Print to pdf was working fine until about two weeks ago.
