W11 upgrade compatibility issues despite CPU meeting the stated requirements

My processor Intel Core i5-4200U @ 1.6GHz meeting the stated requirements for W11 allegedly has not been tested by Microsoft and therefore is deemed incompatible. However I have been told that I can install W11 anyway. I have also been told that if I do, I won't get security updates, due to the alleged incompatibility. What's the real deal?

    :)

Why can't my Processor meet requirement for a Win 11 Upgrade ???

I'm confused about a notification from Microsoft about upgrading to win 11. The notification said my PC doesn't meet a requirement which makes 0 sense. It says my CPU isn't on an approved list of CPUs. But my processor is crazy fast. How is this possible?

Below is a screenshot of what it claims I require although again it makes 0 sense. Can someone tell me if this is a joke from Microsoft or is this a mistake? Is win 11 all that and better than 10?

Windows says my display isn't compatible - but it meets their specs

The W10 compatibility test says that my graphics card - an ATI Radeon Xpress 200 - is not compatible with Windows 10, but I think it should be - it meets their minimum requirements of DirectX 9 with WDDM 1.0. Any suggestions/ideas please? Cetrtainly the graphics on my current Windows 7 OS seem fine.

System requirement doesn't meet base CPU speed but meets turbo

So I have a laptop with CPU Intel Core i7-6500U. The specs say that its speed is 2.5GHz and extendable upto 3.1GHz.

    A game's minimum requirement is CPU 2 Duo 2.9GHz.
I tried to run the game but it didn't. Is it because of the CPU speed doesn't meet the requirement at base speed..??

Also, the game showed itself in the processes tab.

Can we manually increase CPU speed..?
