Windows 10: W11Ent_X64 no longer auto-renaming saved from the web files with same name.

Hail all:Yet ANOTHER issue, which I have been unsuccessfully hunting to find a solution for, for LONG time.W11Ent_x64 V22h2 Build 2261.3007Fully up-to-date.When saving pictures from the web with the same name, these no longer get auto-renamed with a sequential number.It USED to, long ago, but, alas, no longer, this feature was removed.How do I fix this, please?Thank you:Ben

hi, maybe my question should be in 'software and apps'. Sometimes when surfing one downloads several files of which the names are identical. My question: is there a Windows 10 tweak that makes it possible to automatically saves those files without a user prompt interfering like 'this file already exists - do you want to replace it' ? What I want is default rename (say by adding (1) or so to the new file). In some situations Windows appears to do this, for instance when the download is handled by some kind of download manager. Can't rename a notebook and have it sync the new name to phone?

To rename a notebook:

• Right-click on the Notebook name in the left-hand pane in OneNote and choose Properties.
• Change the Display Name field to the new name and click OK.
• Right-click on the Notebook name in the left-hand pane in OneNote again and choose Close This Notebook.
• Close OneNote completely.
• Go to the folder where the OneNote file is saved and rename the file.
• Open OneNote.
• Choose File > Open.
• Right-click on the old Notebook name under Recently Closed Notebooks and choose Remove From List (for the sake of tidying up).
• If the Notebook is saved in SkyDrive click the Refresh button to the right under Open From The Web. If it's stored locally click the Browse button under Open From Other Locations.
• Open the newly-renamed Notebook.
