Windows 10: Wake issues

I let my surface laptop 3 go to sleep automatically after 10 minutes Windows 10. When I come back to use it and move the mouse or press a key, it does not wake up from sleep all settings checked, mouse and keyboard are allowed to wake. Then, I have to loooong press the power button for a good 20-25 seconds to turn the laptop on. It is unbelievably annoying. Wherever the problem lies, it is so annoying and disappointing that it had made me regret buying the product and wasting 1200 euros. Is there a way out of this issue?

Thank you for posting your reply. Apologize for the delay in response.

I suggest you to check which devices are configured to wake up the computer from sleep by following the steps below:

• Right click on Start icon and select Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type the command line below:

Powercfg /devicequery wake_armed

3. Check if the devices (Keyboard, Mouse, Ethernet cable) are listed.

If the system is not going to sleep and going to Hybernate, the only option to wake up is to press the Power button.

Sleep / Wake Function, malfunctions after waking

Power troubleshooter as an initial troubleshooting. Kindly follow these steps:

• Click on Start.
• Type Troubleshoot, and then press Enter.
• Under Find and fix other problems, click on Power.
• Click on Run the troubleshooter button.
• Follow the onscreen guide.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
