    Try setting the "Deep Sleep Control" to "Disabled" as that is recommended
    here
    for Wake-On-LAN.

    The USB Wake Support would be "Enabled" if you want a USB device such as a USB keyboard or mouse to be able to "wake" the computer.

    The AC Recovery set to "Power Off" would keep the computer power off after a power loss.
