  2. Wake up

Update: I set the sleep settings as you advised, The computer Did go to sleep and wake, however, when it woke, I had nothing on the monitors and no USB devices were working, I have an external storage drive that did not come on. I did a power button shut
down, then a reboot and everything worked. So I set the sleep settings back to where they were.

Thank you for providing the additional information requested, Jim.

Based on the details of the new issue, it could be due to outdated drivers.

Make sure all drivers are all up to date. We recommend manually downloading the latest driver from the hardware vendor’s website to make sure the one installed on your PC is updated. Outdated or incompatible drivers could cause issues such as this one. Here's
a forum article created by Andre Da Costa for guidelines on how to manually perform a driver update and check compatibility:

How to: Install and Update Hardware Drivers in Windows 10

We will keep an eye out for your update.

    Wake Up

Press a key on the keyboard, move the mouse, or press the power button and release. Don't hold the power button that will shut down the system.

I see, I usually disable hibernate and sleep. You can check the advanced power options. Do you know how to get to those? If possible find the option that says "Choose what the power buttons do" its on a left pane in the power options. Once you go in there scroll down to the bottom and check to see if the Shutdown settings are enabled or not. There's four of them, Fast Startup (I had to turn mine off, it was the cause of my gpu throttling back and never going full power), followed by Sleep, Hibernate, and Lock. Make sure hibernate and sleep are enabled if you plan on using them.
