Windows 10: WakeAssist

I wrote a little program that could be nested inside the system32 folder. It's a very small application which is designed to help wake stubborn systems from sleep mode.My laptop would nearly always refuse to wake from sleep, and it was really halting my ability to be productive remotely. This has been the case for a very long time, though I don't honestly remember when it started.I decided to finally tackle the issue.
