Windows 10: Waking from sleep and sometimes even powering from shutdown causes audio to persistently...

I have reinstalled windows completely, updated bios and drivers, and the problem still persist. thought interesting enough, it begin to happen after the second sleep cycle. So now I am just at lost as to what app, driver or whatever is casing this.

Does it only happen when waking up the computer from sleep?

To check for possible causes of this issue, we suggest you to run Power Troubleshooter. To do so, follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key.
• Type Troubleshooting.
• On the left side, click View all.
• Click Power.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

If the issue still persists, you may update the Chipset driver from the device manufacturer.

Unable to wake from sleep from time to time

disable hybrid sleep and test I would also enable wake up by usb sometimes waking by power button can cause a conflict where it wakes and then immediately attempts to shutdown causing a hang
if that doesn't do it switch the wake up by to OS
