Windows 10: Walking Dead S1 episode 4

PC version Walking Dead S1 episode 4 freezes when going into the attic to find Kenny. Re-installed and rewind used. Fix suggestions?

i can't get walking dead a new frontier episode 4 to work but the ep 1-3 works fine i dont understand i tryed everything

Let's manually reset The Walking Dead from Settings. Here are the steps:

• Click Start and click Settings.
• Select System.
• Select Apps & features.
• Find the content and click Advanced options.
• Click Reset. Restart your device so that the changes can take effect.
• Access episode 4 and check if the same instance occurs.

Manually resetting games and apps from Settings can help resolve corrupted files.

Walking Dead New Frontier Achievements not unlcoking

So I have Walking dead New Frontier installed on my computer, I was playing through episode 1 and 2 just fine, then episode 3 the achievements stopped uncloking. I tried quitting and starting again however the game always starts at the beginning and even
when starting a new game and getting to episode 3 the achievements are still not unlocking. I have tried resetting the app and uninstalling and installing again but nothing is working. I believe I have a corrupt save and even when I try to do a local save
and overwrite it for some reason it always reverts back to the corrupt one even when I lick the "local newer" save.
