Windows 10: Wallet Password Key

Is Microsoft having issues with the Wallet Passkey? I have it set up to log in to one of my accounts, but it fails when I try to log in to that account.Kenneth

I have Purchased New Lumia 1020 in Store, Whn Demonstration is given by Store Person, That time he put a Wallet Password, and he not tell me and I also not asked him due to knowledge, Now after one month using a Phone I have require to purchase some app
that time phone asked a wallet password, so how can i know or change wallet password.. I have lot of data, contact is stored in mobile, if I do restart, what about contact details photos, and SMS.. So suggest me step wise detail how I can reset.
