Windows 10: Wallpaper automatically switches back to Windows 11 default when I change screens

I'm on Windows 11 23H2 OS Build 22631.3737. Everything was fine till recently. I had my wallpaper set to Slideshow which showed cool wallpapers I have in 5 min span. Recently, when I switch to another desktop screen, the wallpaper switches back to the default Windows 11 wallpaper. Except now, the Windows 11 wallpaper has dark borders on the side. What's wrong? How can I fix this?Attached is an image of how my desktop looks when it auto changes to the Windows 11 default wallpaper.

I want that on my desktop Automatic wallpaper change

Windows has a built-in slideshow feature that can automatically change your wallpaper after a set interval. This feature only works with your own collection of wallpapers so the wallpapers must be downloaded first.

Below is a step-by-step explanation on how to use this feature:

1. Windows 10 only accepts a single folder containing wallpaper collection. So first, put all your favorite wallpapers in a single folder.

2. Now move to Windows Settings > Personalize > Background. Here click on the drop-down menu below Background and select Slideshow.

3. Afterward, click on the Browse button below and select the wallpaper collection folder you created.

4. To set the interval, click on the drop-down menu below the Change picture every heading and select the required interval (ranging from 1 minute to 1 day).

That’s it, now your desktop screen will automatically switch to a new wallpaper after the set interval.

 

Windows 11 Dynamic wallpaper is not switching images

I had the same issue, tried these suggested solutions and didn't work for me But today i opened my laptop and i see that wallpaper changed, weird. Want to note that on lock screen switching images worked.
