  2. Locking a Wallpaper Image Across Accounts

Hello. I need to change a wallpaper to a certain image and have it be effective across all accounts on the computer.

    I tried this tutorial
, but the image reverted after restarting the computer. How do I lock the desktop wallpaper so that restarting the computer does not erase the image?

  3. Slideshow stop working on window 10

I chose default window 10 desktop backgrounds for slideshow ,but today it stops on a single wallpaper instead of changing to all wallpapers while the setting is on slideshow. After that, I chose a single wallpaper but it automatically chose a solid color
and did not set that wallpaper. How can I fix it?

What did you have before ?
    Picture or solid colour ?

Go to Settings > Personalization > left side, make sure you are at Background tab > right side, under Background it will say either Picture, Solid Color or Slideshow > click the pointer at the right and select.
