Windows 10: Wallpaper goes black but also has black boxes when dragging with cursor windows 11

Hello,For some reason my wallpaper keeps going black randomly and every time I drag with the mouse on the wallpaper it will tear the wallpaper and show black where I dragged. If I leave the black bits for a while eventually the screen will just go completely black. This only started happening when I upgraded to windows 11. I've looked up countless solutions with no luck and It seems no one else is having the exact problem I'm having.Please help.

Desktop background randomly goes completely black

Not sure how to edit my post (can't find an edit button anywhere), but here's a photo of my screen black and me dragging my mouse cursor while holding the left click down. Apparently, I start removing the black by doing this and it reveals my wallpaper, little by little. It's so weird and I don't know what is causing this.

I have some problems with my desktop wallpaper. It turns black in any area that my desktop get's updated. For instance when i drag with my mouse to mark several icons on the desktop the area behind the blue marker-area tuns black but not the rest. Or When
i right click and press "update desktop" the whole wallpaper disappears and turns black. Everything works just fine otherwise. (I have a real key for Windows 10 activation).

My rtx 2080 cards drivers are up to date and I have reinstalled them two times.

sfc /scannow tells me nothing is broken.

Plz help.
