Windows 10: Wallpaper keeps changing

Discus and support Wallpaper keeps changing in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I've had my wallpaper the same thing for months and now every time i restart my PC my wallpaper changes to a random binge image.     Wallpaper keeps changing


    I've had my wallpaper the same thing for months and now every time i restart my PC my wallpaper changes to a random binge image. I have slide show OFF. I went to settings and then account and switched off preferences because i read somewhere that might be the problem and that DID NOT the fix my problem.
