Windows 10: Wallpaper keeps reverting back to windows spotlight.

Hello,I have a pc running Windows 11. My Wallpaper keeps changing back to the windows spotlight. Suppose i set a picture from my hard drive as my lock screen wallpaper, it will display the first few times or so and then revert back to windows spotlight. Now whenever this happens i go into settings and it shows me in the thumbnail the same picture that I had set from my hard drive i.e. in the preview it's my picture but when i actually unlock, windows spotlight appears.When I re-set my lock screen the same process is repeated, it shows the first few times but then reverts back to normal.If an

Windows spotlight is an option for the lock screen background that displays different background images and occasionally offers suggestions on the lock screen. For us to better isolate your concern, we'd like to gather more information:

• Is there a way for you to provide us a screenshot?
• Have you made any recent changes before this issue occur?
• Are you able to use spotlight before?

Meanwhile, we suggest that you follow these steps to modify Lock screen background to spotlight:

• Open Settings.
• Click Personalization and select Lock screen.
• Under Background, choose Windows spotlight.

Lockscreen wallpaper (windows spotlight) on desktop

Let us inform that the Spotlight feature is only available on the Lock screen. This feature is not applicable on Desktop screen.

However you can normally keep sliding desktop wallpaper.

Follow the steps provided below to set slide desktop.

• Press Windows logo + I key.
• Click on Personalization.
• Under Background dropdown menu, select slideshow.
• Then select the folder from which the desktop slide’s to be applied.
