Windows 10: Wallpaper Quality

So, I downloaded two wallpapers which were like Hd or something like that and when I put them as my wallpaper they became like 480p. How do I fix this? I only have one wallpaper that retains its original quality but I don't want to use that. Pls Help

How to prevent wallpaper compression in Windows 10?

I'm running Windows 10 October Update and in case i know that Windows 10 reduces my wallpaper quality everytime! Of course this is real!

I already followed this step:

1. Open Registry Editor
   
2. Go to HKCU\Control Panel\Desktop
   
3. Create an DWORD value named JPEGImportQuality.
   
4. Set it as decimal and the value to 100
   

But my wallpaper quality still gets reduced.
For example here is an test that i made to ensure that the setting still works.

The following is the original image made in MSPaint (2MB):

Everytime when I set the wallpaper, it reduces the quality. How can i solve this in the new Windows 10 update?

  Are you not able to choose the directory where the wallpapers has been saved?
  

As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest you to restart the computer and check if you are able to successfully change the lock screen wallpaper.

  From Desktop, right click and select
  Personalize.
  
• 
  In Personalization window, click on
  Lock Screen in the left pane.
  
• 
  And choose wallpaper you would like to apply for the lock screen by choosing the browse option.

  Close the Personalization window.

N9 wallpaper poor quality

I have an N9 device: 059N278: N9 RM-696 Orange Romania RO Black V1 16GB

I have noticed, after that the software update has been done (PR 1.3, 40.2012.21-3.441.2_PR_441) (along with instalation of some applications from Nokia Store), that the wallpaper quality became poor.

This is hapen only when the battery status and the operator signal/name is present on the wallpaper, if i try to swipe the wallpaper the two info (battery and operator status) dissapear and the quality of the wallpaper became good.

i have attached two print screens with both situations.



It is a bug or an application responsable for this behavior?

Can you please help me to solve the problem without sending the phone to service?
