Windows 10: Wallpaper Times

I have windows 10, use a slideshow for wallpaper and know how to change the time each picture appears. The fastest time is change every minute. Windows 7 had a ten second setting. Is there any way to have the pictures change faster than every minute?

Desktop wallpaper for new users

Hi Alaa,

Setting default users lets you specify the wallpaper on user's desktops and prevents other users from changing the image or its presentation. You can check these steps on how to set wallpapers from all users:

• Type run on the search bar and press Enter.
• On the window, type gpedit.msc and click OK.
• Locate and click Administrative Templates.
• Select Desktop > Desktop > Desktop Wallpaper.
• Tick Enabled, and name your wallpaper.
• Select Apply and click OK.

After performing the steps above, you may restart your PC.

Pictures as wallpaper

I suggest you to follow the below steps for the time settings of pictures.

• Press Windows+X and go to control panel.
• Click on personalization.
• Then go to background option.
• Under background tab select slideshow option.
• Then you can choose the time limit accordingly.
