Windows 10: Want a refund.

Hi! I've already posted before that my version of Windows 10 Edition of Minecraft doesn't work properly. I am quite frankly unhappy with the product all in all due to this and would like a refund for that Minecraft version, please.

I understand that Microsoft return policy states that no digital items can be returned, which I think I may have incorrectly interpreted as Microsoft's poor wording for "refund."

Nonetheless, I am unhappy with my Minecraft product that I purchase and would like a refund, I have tried to resolve the problems on it but they have been unsuccessful. I purchased my Minecraft version from the Microsoft Store on my laptop.

I much would've rather had E-Mailed about this, but it appears there's no option to do so.
