Windows 10: Want to detect networked USB: New home PC can see second networked PC, and second PC can...

I have a new Windows 11 Home PC. I am trying to enable it to detect and read files on the shared USB drive attached to my network router, but the new PC can’t detect it. Bear in mind that I have a second PC also Windows 11 Home that CAN detect the USB drive attached to the router, so I know that I’ve got the right IP address for the router and that the sharing settings for the USB drive are correct for sharing across the network. Also, the new PC can detect the second PC, so I know that that network discovery settings on the new PC are correct for detecting devices on the network. But the

PC will not detect second monitor

So....I'm trying to connect a second monitor to my pc but it is not able to detect the second monitor. OS is windows 10 and my gfx card is a geforce gtx 1050. there are 2 hdmi ports and one dvi port on the dedicated gfx card - main screen is connected via hdmi (which is working fine) but the second monitor i'm trying to connect only has a vga port so i'm using a dvi-vga converter. all the connections should be fine and all my drivers are up to date. i tried detecting the second screen through the nvidia control options and the windows display options but I'm not able to get my pc to detect the second monitor. if anyone can help me troubleshoot this issue, it'd be greatly appreciated! thanks in advance.

 

PC is detecting USB every second and dont stop

My computer is detecting USB being insserted constantly without me doing anything, the "new hardware dettected sound" sounds every 2 seconds, an icon of unrecognized usb appears during split second in the task bar.

Even when both usb ports are being used, the computer still detects new usb, i already restarted the pc... still nothing

when i disabled the USB root hub (USB 3.0), the sound stops, but then i cannot use my mouse or usb... and im not disabling the notification sound because i dont want to ignore the problem, i want it solved; and disabling the driver doesnt tell me which port
( usb 1, usb 2, usb-c, HDMI, VGA, SD-card) is the one going crazy.

i dont know if its wise to unninstall and then reinstall the usb root hub driver... ... but i dont know where to get the driver again and dont know if its universal or depend on the manufacturer.

when i went to the device manager, the list refreshes like crazy too at same time the notification sounds.

i would really appreciate help with this as soon as possible

i add that my usb devices dont stop working even when the notification ( phone charging and mouse)

the network plug is in the back of the device, so you can just hardwire it, and mount the "PC" into the whole.

na the USB Stick question was just a "whats next?" question...this PC is roughly 6cmx6cm (real rough measurement...)
