Windows 10: want to fallback to 1909 because of ESENT event id 642 but no windows.old folder.

Hi,
ESENT warning event id 642 making my OS stutter outta nowhere, tested it while watching movies as well, every time there was a stutter event viewer logged at least 2 ESENT warnings and gaming is a nightmare with very well timed stutters. I have tried disk cleanup, defragmenting, I read on a thread removing windows.old would help, sadly I came across that before realizing that I can just downgrade back to 1909. I have a legit windows copy but it came with the laptop pre installed, how do I go back to 1909 or how do I get rid of these errors?
microsoft website takes me to 2004, shall I go for 1909 in third party websites?
Some solutions to the warnings are appreciated as well.

I actually got these issues after installing 14986.

I think these issues have to do with someting which goes wrong in the update.

The issue with the search indexer I think I fixed it by reindexing. but need a few more days to see if it's really fixed.

i get them as well many many look at my event viewer i think they can be safely ignored i have not seen any issues.
