Windows 10: Want to go back to Windows 10.

I've had Windows 11 for a long time now but I've wanted to go back to Windows 10. I had not realised that it was possible till until recently after 10 days has passed. I'm not sure if there is now any way for me to go back on the update. It cause extreme lag and some apps don't work at all now. I got a VR headset which has become extremely laggy because of the recent updates and I need to go back. Is it possible for me to go back without losing data?

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
