Windows 10: Want to have a permanent forward on one of 4 email accounts

I have 4 email accounts and want to have all mail in one of them forwarded to another persons email address as well as me keeping a copy of the mail as well . Have asked in the Outlook forum but no one home for ages by the look of it. Can anyone help me as I want this person to receive but not answer them in the accounts name.

It is more than likely that your email account was hacked, either by a virus sniffing your password, or just simply hacked.

Either way, change your password on your email account. Unfortunately the damage by already be done. They already have your contact list and your email address associated with that contact list. There is nothing stopping them from sending out emails using their own SMTP servers to everyone on your contact list and claiming the emails are from your email address. They don't actually have to have access to your yahoo account or even any yahoo server to send emails to people that come from your address.

 

Forwarding Yahoo Email on Android Phone?

I'm wondering if something is possible...I'll try to explain as best I can. If I have the Yahoo Mail account forwarding to a Gmail account, is it possible to reply to the forwarded email but have the response come from the original Yahoo account that the email was forwarded from and not the Gmail account it was forwarded to?

The Yahoo email my boss uses has been around for a long time now and he doesn't want to send emails from an address no one knows.

• Does this happen with the same Microsoft Account?
• Does it happen with a particular email that you are trying to forward?

We suggest you to try to send a different email or try with a different account and check if you face the similar issue.
