Windows 10: Want to install Realtek Audio console, then tried to update realtek drivers from their site...

My realtek audio console has been loading for a long time verytime i try to open it to change the sound on headphones, but doesn't load, then i tried with downloading new drivers from theirr website, it shows this code, then i tried to uninstal realtek hd audio from device manager> sounds, video and game controllers, the RealtekHD audio isn't there it's not showing on the Realtek audio console it says that it can't connect to something called RPC services. what to do to fix this issue?

RealTek Audio Console is Blank

I own a Dell G3 3590 with Windows 10 Home Edition in it , my Realtek Audio Console appears blank when I open it but still my audio output works fine, and also i can't find Realtek audio manager in Control Panel, I tried updating Realtek driver in Device
Manager and also tried Re-installing Realtek Audio Console App from Microsoft Store but no hope still the Realtek Audio Console Main Screen is Blank . Please help me with a solution. Thanks in advance

 

RealTek Audio Console not able to be installed

You cannot install realtek audio console if your motherboard doesn't have the new type of DCH drivers. And if you have the Realtek DCH audio driver, then you have to install via its supplied installer exe (you cannot install via device manager). When the DCH driver is installed correctly, then the Realtek audio console app will be "bought" for you automatically on the Microsoft Store.

If your motherboard comes with legacy HDA driver, then you get realtek hd audio manager. They are mutually exclusive.
