Windows 10: Want to know exactly what is wrong reported in this Performance Resource Monitor as shown...

Good Morning everyone, so today i was heading to work as usual and normally i use to perform this Performance Resource Monitor Test daily before i start to with whatever i had to work on, well today when i performed the test this happened as shown in the image above and i don't really know what this really means or what the problem is and i need your help to figure this out. Is this anything serious ? how could i fix this ? and yes this error only occurs during my first boot into the windows, when i reboot the computer this error goes off but then again when i shut my computer down and turn it on this error starts to pop up when i perform the test. So please help me out, i really need an answer for this please. Thank you so much Waiting for your solution to this.

Resource And Performance Monitor Issues


I tried to generate a system diagnostics report.
By typing,
perfmon /report,
into elevated command prompt.
Bring up the Resource And Performance Monitor window,
seen in my screenshot below.





This dialog ran for more then 8 hours.
Subsequently...
I stopped it,
due to the length of time it was running.
The dialog run continually as described,
without generating a report.

Is something wrong here?

Hi,

Have you tried doing the resolution provided in the system diagnostic report? If not yet, you may try restarting the service and run the Resource and Performance monitor again and check if the same error will be scanned.

Maintenance issue? Just a guess!
I ran it, just in a 'Run' box though, generated a report in about a minute. Same Build. *Confused
