Windows 10: want to re-install Windows 10 Pro and replace the SSD with 1TB,

I purchased a used PC: HP Z440, with Windows 10 Pro in an SSD 250GBI want to re-install Windows 10 Pro and replace the SSD with 1TB, so as Not needed buy the Windows 10 Pro Is this process preferred:>>> Burn Windows 10 21H1 in a DVD, AND REPLACE SSD 250GB with an SSD 1TB, and boot from DVD and install Windows 10 to SSD 1TB..., ??

Is it recommended to reinstall Windows 10 when I upgrade from 1TB SSD to 2TB SSD on a desktop PC?

Hi, it is suggested to do clean install if you have Windows Installation disc in hand. You have not specified much personal configurations till now. You can install applications or add drivers after installing Windows 10 on the 2TB SSD.

It is also a good idea to keep the 1TB SSD as the secondary storage if you're running a desktop. Just in case you need to

copy 2TB SSD to 1TB SSD for another purpose one day, disk cloning helps system migration without installing.

Clean Windows 10 (?PRO?) install

I have bought a legit "Windows 10 Pro" key of a key website. It is legit since i'm currently using it for over a year now. I currently have Windows 10 Pro installed on my PC and I want to do a clean install. I just can't find the windows 10 Pro download in the tool. But if i could use a windows 10 pro key with a normal windows 10 install, I'll be good to go.

 

Transfer OS from 512 to 1tb SSD

I'm in the process of building a new rig. I would like to transfer the OS from my current 512 SSD to a 1tb SSD. My Os is already linked to my MS account and I printed out the steps about using the troubleshooter after a significant hardware change. The Question is: Can I clone the 512 to the 1tb or does it require a clean install? OS is Win 10 Pro.
