Windows 10: Want to Reduce my Hardware Reserved Memory

Hey,Actually 2GB of my Memory is being reserved for my hardware. Out of 8GB I am able to use only 5.9GB of it. This value was somewhere 6.8/6.9 earlier. I have no Idea how it got changed.All screenshots are attached below.

My system is running Windows 10 Pro, 64 bit. I have 32GB of installed memory, however Windows only reports that 15.9GB is "usable". The other 16.1GB is shown as "hardware reserved".

How can I reduce the "hardware reserved" and make more of my RAM "usable"?

You cannot release or use full of hardware reserved memory. The amount of usable memory in the examples are not exact amounts. Usable memory is a calculated amount of the total physical memory minus "hardware reserved" memory. Memory that is reserved
for use by the BIOS and some drivers for other peripherals. The reduction in available system memory depends on the configuration of the following:

• 
  The devices that are installed in the computer and the memory that is reserved by those devices.
  
• 
  The ability of the motherboard to handle memory.
  
• 
  The System BIOS version and settings.

I remember when 256Mb was a lot of ram and you could upgrade to 512 for about 150 bucks (maybe more). Just sayin.
