Want to remove continuous blue circle/Microsoft Defender problem since recent update to...

I have a continual blue circle next to my pointer since my windows ran an automated update. I have tried to remove every background program to stop this but nothing works. The only thing I can't stop is Antimalware/Microsoft Defender. Thus I can deduce this program is causing the problem running in the background and using alot of memory. Can Microsoft please either issue a fix for this or let me know how to fix this? The blue circle is driving me crazy and making it difficult to concentrate!

    :)

you get the idea. ( too lazy to put it in a for loop and test it.

or just open regedit and remove all the fileX from that key.

  3. Microsoft signals end of Paint program

Microsoft has confirmed that it will continue to offer its graphics program Paint.

In a recent update, it had listed Paint as a feature that would be either removed or no longer developed.

Paint, renowned for its simplicity, has been part of the Windows operating system since its launch in 1985.

Microsoft suggested it would not remain on Windows 10 by default but did say it would be available for free on the Windows Store.
