There is no "Removable Disk" message on my desktop

    Hi,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

    1) Are you able to open or view the removable disk in the file explorer?

I suggest you to run the Hardware and device troubleshooter and check.

    • Type “troubleshooting” in the search box and click on
      troubleshooter

    • In the left pane, click on View all

    • Now click on Hardware and device and follow the on screen instruction.
I suggest you to turn on Autoplay option from the system settings and check if it helps.

    1) Open settings and click on devices.

    2) Now select Autoplay option and then Turn On the Autoplay and change the settings for removable drive and check.

Hope this helps. Please reply to us with the status of the issue.

    Thanks.
