Windows 10: Wanted: one BitLocker recovery key

My less than one year old Asus Vivobook OS Windows 11 Home decided not to work anymore. This happened on Monday 23th of June and without any delays I took my laptop to computer service. After a while I got a text message that they're unable to do anything to solve the problem, because computer is locked and requires the BitLocker recovery key.My question is: how to get this recovery key, which I don't have and never had? I cant't find any key from my Microsoft account, and I didn't receive any key on paper as well. My point is that the recovery key is not lost since I've never had it.Obvious

I have lost my bitlocker recovery key and tried following the recovery steps. I have also searched and tried following the command prompts suggested but none have worked.
