Windows 10: Wanted to download Minecraft Java edition, error code 0x803F8001 came back

I downloaded Minecraft Installer from minecraft.net. When i started the Installer there was no problem, but it stuck on the very beginning of the installation.After 1 hour it didnt progressed anything, I stoped the installation.Later when i wanted to try to install it again, i recieved the following message: "Minecraft Launcher is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001"When i tried to install the Minecraft Launcher from Microsoft Store, i only got the same message.

Purchased Multiple Copies Of Minecraft Versions, But Need Minecraft - Java Edition.

If you have purchased several copies of Minecraft from Mojang, then I suggest you to refer the
Mojang refunds policy and check their refund policy.



If you want to swap your editions of Minecraft that you have purchased, please
Contact Mojang Support and they will help you with this.



If you have purchased Minecraft from Microsoft Store, then I suggest you to refer
Returning items you bought from Microsoft Store for exchange or refund
and check if you can get a refund.



As you need the Java Edition of Minecraft, you can follow the steps mentioned in
How do I install Minecraft: Java Edition? and install
the Java Edition of Minecraft on your computer.



Before purchasing the Java Edition of Minecraft, I suggest you to refer the system requirements for installing the Java Edition of Minecraft from

Minecraft Java edition

When I try to play Minecraft Java Edition and press play on the launcher, it appears to start but then it says "Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine. Error: a fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit." Then it brings me back to the launcher
to say the game crashed with the exit code: 0

 

Error 0x803F8001 on Minecraft, tryed reinstalling but it says i don't own minecraft

Hello there, one day I received an error (0x803F8001) while I was opening Minecraft window 10. I tried deleting it then reinstalling it, but when I attempt to reinstall it, it says I don't own Minecraft. I got Minecraft Windows 10 by purchasing Minecraft
JAVA edition. I used the mojang website to install Minecraft Windows 10. I'm very confused, please help.
