Windows 10: Warning about automatic sample submission repeatable keeps turning on even after dismissed

I have disabled automatic sample submission in my Windows 11 as I do not want to send any of my files to Microsoft.I got a warning in the Windows Security Center and I selected to dismiss it.Now, every month or so this warning comes back and I have to dismiss it again.It is no big deal but I get a bit irritated that my decision not to send files to Microsoft is not respected fully.How do I disable this warning so it never comes back?

Disable notification about automatic sample submission being turned off

Hi there,

I keep having to dismiss the notification that there is a problem with my Windows Defender, uppon inspeciton there is no actual problem, Windows seemingly considers Automatic Sample Submission being switched off as a fault.

I have turned off automatic sample submission, I have also dismissed the warning. It seems either this setting is designed to keep warning you periodically or this choice is not correctly being saved as this warning keeps returning every few weeks. How
can I get this warning permanently dismissed so I can once again see when something new actually requires my action.

Although I live in hope this is an error on my particular system, this would seem to be in line with my recent experience of Microsoft's policy of 'annoy people until they give in', hopefully not and there's a way to fix it forgetting I've dismissed the
warning.

"Cloud-delivered protection" and "Automatic sample submission" are turning on, but there are Warning.

When I go to "Protection options",

the "Cloud-delivered protection" and "Automatic sample submission" are turning on, but there are Yellow Triangle Warning on "cloud-delivered protection" and "Automatic sample submission."

Windows Security says that "Cloud-delivered protection is off. Your device may be vulnerable," and that "Automatical sample submission is off. Your device may be vulnerable."

I am using Windows 11 on S mode.

how do I fix?

Dismiss the alert that "Automatic Sample Submission is turned off" once and for all

How do I dismiss the alert that "Automatic Sample Submission is turned off" permanently? I dismiss it one day and the next day the alert is back and I have to dismiss it again. There must be a way for Windows to remember this choice to prevent the alert
from re-appearing repeatedly.
