The other weird thing I noticed is that this computer will randomly have weird permission errors such as not allowing me to access system restore and updating applications which are all met with an access is denied type of error. Restarting the computer seems to magically fix these errors but i'm curious as to why this is happening.

Custom dynamic link libraries are being loaded for every application, then complete shutdown.

First one is probably due to
LoadAppInit_DLLs set to 1. Malware usually enable this value and add their own DLL to the App_Init key, so that every process you launch in your system reference this DLL. Autoruns utility can be used to disable the AppInit DLL in the registry.

Download
Autoruns from Microsoft, and run it as administrator. Save the log to a .ARN, zip it and upload it to your cloud account and share the link.

The 2nd error is due to missing file which the task was configured to run. In this case the task name is "ICRNZUSHUQ" (sounds like a malware), which you can delete it using Task Scheduler. How

Meanwhile, run a full system scan using Malwarebytes so that it eliminates most of the unwanted stuff in your system, which inturn may fix the above issues automatically.

 

Warning of dynamic link not found in library


Still nobody has an answer to this warning? I'd be grateful; thanks

My newly installed Windows 10, on rebooting , displays this warning (as translated from Spanish):

" The ordinal 1 cannot be found in the library of dynamic links C:\WINDOWS32\SQLUNIRL.dll "

Then I click to accept that, and apparently the OS performs O.K.
What is the import of that failure in loading and how to solve it?
