Windows 10: Warranty claim from Performance Guard Total Scam

Hello,I'm trying to repair my Razer 15 laptop Purchase #5151610902. I have tried since May 14th to get a proper response or repair for my laptop but have not been able to get through. You guys followed up about it with me Support #7017659487 and told me to contact them. I have been in contact with "them", but it seems they are giving me phony numbers and email addresses saying they know how to handle my claim. I've also been told 'my claim' has been submitted by multiple "PerformanceGuard" employees, yet have not received anything back. At this point, I'm unsure how to contact them and am

If you have heard about Credential Guard in Windows Server 2016 (and in Windows 10), but do not have an environment to try it out, here is a lab environment we built for you to play.

Understand how attackers can use the hash in memory to gain access to domain controllers

Configure Credential Guard

Verify the hash in memory is protected using Credential Guard

You can follow the steps listed under the content section to complete the lab, the intent of the blog, is to break the procedures into groups, to help you understand the exercise better.

Prep the hash

Lsass.exe is the process which handles user logon, it stores the user credential information in its memory. The memory is cleared when the machine starts up. In this lab environment, all the virtual machines start at the time lab launches, when you logon to the machine, you will only have the logon user credential information in memory. In order to demonstrate an attacker gaining user access using other account’s hash, the first part of the lab is to simulate a server which has been running for a while, different users had remotely or locally connected to it, therefore, lsass memory stored many different user credential information.
This is accomplished by step 1-8.

Retrieving credential hash

Mimikatz is a popular tool for retrieving lsass memory information. The tool has been copied to the lab machines, step 9-13 walk you through the process of dumping lsass memory using Mimikatz.

Pass the Hash

Pass the hash is a hacking technique that allows an attacker to authenticate by using the underlying NTLM, instead of specifying the user password. In step 14 to 24, you will extract LabAdmin hash from lsass using Mimikatz, and use the hash to open a PowerShell console, and perform a couple of operations using the LabAdmin privilege:

Add a user to the domain admin group

Open remote PowerShell connection to a domain controller

Both operations could not be performed by the logon user. But using the hash of the LabAdmin, an attacker will be able to do it using the information retrieve from Lsass memory.

Configure and verify Credential Guard

Step 25 to 36 illustrate the steps to configure credential guard, then verify its status using msinfo32.exe and PowerShell.

Step 37 to 43 goes further to use Mimikatz to show the hash in Lsass is now encrypted using Credential Guard.

Nokia Lumia warranty claim being ignored

Hi,

I have a Nokia Lumia 900 that I received as a gift. I love the phone however recently I have had audio issues with the ear-piece.

I filed a warranty claim repair through Nokia via their website. I was provided with a confirmation page detailing the following steps to be taken to repair the phone. Nokia never sent me an email following up on my claim nor did they send any shipping labels
so that I may send them the phone for repair. Called Nokia and was told to just try again.

To be clear: the phone was under warranty when I requested the repair, was under warranty when the repair through the warranty was accepted by nokia, and was under warranty when I was calling Nokia to follow up on why I had not received any emails or shipping
labels.

A nokia representative in the Lumia department told me to simply re-file the claim. This time around when I typed in my IMEI umber, the warranty was out of service. Called Nokia to let them know that I was under warranty when this case was opened but due
to the amount of time it took them to ignore my requests was now out of warranty. This issue was not solved through the phone conversations as it seemed that the Lumia experts were talking in circles acknowledging that it was out of warranty yet I was being
treated unjustly due to the claim occurring when the phone was under warranty.

I have been waiting for a call back from Nokia, although at this point it seems hopeless as even more time is being wasted (ignoring me again?).

What should my next steps be? I intend on having this small defect with the phone repaired through Nokia due to my first repair request being ACCEPTED and CONFIRMED while I was UNDER WARRANTY.
